Founded in September 2021, Old Bones Chilli Co is a family-owned and operated gourmet chili sauce company based in Houston, Texas. Originally the brainchild of Chef Josh Ngaire, our esteemed Chili Wizard and his team.
Today, we handcraft our hot sauces in our Houston production kitchen using only the finest local produce and premium ingredients. As a proud GO TEXAN accredited partner, we wear our Texas roots proudly.

We've even invented our own chili-smoking method (a closely guarded trade secret) to produce our signature Old Bones taste.
