When will I get my sauce?
We'll get your order shipped within 1 business day from our HQ in Cypress, Texas. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
What if I need to cancel or change my order before it is shipped?
Use the contact form above and include your name, email and order number - we will get back to you within 24 hours.
What if my sauce is smashed in transit?
We do our best to wrap your orders with utmost care - but accidents can happen! Send us an email with your order number and photos of how your order was received and we will organise for a replacement or refund.
What if I want to return or exchange my sauce?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use the contact form above, including your name, email and order number, and we will send you further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
