For a Jalapeno based sauce this is good if you like that flavor profile. Not super hot (I like things on the milder side) and the garlic rounds it out. I use in cocktails and on eggs (scrambled and over easy) probably would be good on tacos too. My fave is their smoked red chili garlic. I could drink it straight. REALLY DA BOMB! But this good if you prefer that Jalapeno flavor.
